Over the past 3 years my team and I have successfully implemented methodical philosophy of Challenge Management and its principles of F.A.C.E. the Challenge at the pristine @unistgallen, in German language. Two major global players, Deutsche Telekom, SAP as well as others are also using this method in their daily practices. Now it’s time for the next challenge: Systematically implement #FACEYOURCHALLENGE into one of the most spoken languages in the world, English. I’m humbled to say that is exactly what’s happened yesterday at the distinguished @harvardhbs in Boston. I was sharing the philosophy and method with the students of the University when hearing: “Welcome to the Harvard family!” I was incredibly honored.
