Chief Prosecutor Sotir Tsatsarov has recommended to the government to take immediate action to change the Ulen contract for the concession of Bansko ski zone, the prosecutor's office announced this week.

According to Tsatsarov, full compliance should be ensured for the utilized area with that of the concession contract. This should be done in compliance with the provisions of the applicable legislation, including in the part concerning the determination of the concession price.

Yulen commented that they also insist on negotiations to clear up any ambiguities. They have insisted on that in a letter of March this year, but talks have not yet begun. The concessionaire company adds that the inspection of the Supreme Cassation Prosecutor's Office has not found any violations, nor have such been indicated in Tsatsarov's recommendations.
