Now, let's talk U=U and the law. The new rules state that cases won't be taken to court if a person has an undetectable viral load and knows about Undetectable = Untransmittable (U=U). Even though disclosure might not be legally required, I really believe that now more than ever, in light of the advancements we've made in stopping transmissions. WE should not feel ashamed to disclose and talk about U=U. Chances are they are not clued up and are living in ignorant bliss. I wanna change the narrative, because I know that stigma is what has always caused more harm than good. Of course it is all about personal choices and how comfortable we feel.
