The application for the change was submitted to the Commercial Register yesterday. He specified that a three-day period must pass in order to be entered in the Commercial Register, which expires on Tuesday. This means that the decision will take effect from Wednesday, August 16. Todor Yonev leaves the Board of Directors of the nuclear power plant, whose place is taken again by Nikolov. Georgi Kirkov leaves the management post, but remains in the Board of Directors of the plant, publics.bg specifies. Valentin Nikolov was the Deputy Minister of Economy, Energy and Tourism in 2012. Then he became the director of the Kozloduy NPP between 2012 and 2013. In 2021, he was also the executive director of the Bulgarian Energy Holding.
