The government decided to notify " Lukoil Neftohim Burgas " AD about the termination of the Agreement for granting a concession on the port terminal " Rosenets ", part of a public transport port of national importance in Burgas. The concession contract was terminated by the amendment of § 2, para. adopted by the National Assembly. 1 of the Transitional and Final Provisions of the Law on Control of Implementation of Restrictive Measures in View of Russia`s Actions Destabilizing the Situation in Ukraine. The government decision was adopted in absentia.
