Stanislav Todorov has been appointed Deputy Minister of Energy by an order of Prime Minister Kiril Petkov, the Government Information Service said on Wednesday. Todorov graduated in law from the St. Kliment Ohridski University of Sofia. He also holds a degree in international trade law from the Central European University in Budapest, Hungary. Stanislav Todorov has nine years managerial experience at AES Maritza East 1. In recent years he headed departments responsible for trade contracts, deliveries and logistics.
