Sam Thompson has admitted he is 'terrified' of where his life is heading as he receives breakup advice from Paul Brunson following his split from Zara McDermott
Admitting fans were concerned for him, Sam told Paul: 'I went through a breakup and everyone keeps saying they can see sadness behind the eyes'
Imparting his wisdom on the former Made In Chelsea star, Paul advised: 'The first thing you have to do is identify the emotion and sit in it,' as Sam interrupted: 'Horrible'.
