Bulgaria will provide humanitarian aid to Ukraine to overcome the consequences of the destruction of the dam wall of the " Kahovka " HPP. By decision of the Council of Ministers, free humanitarian aid will be provided with a total value of nearly BGN 35,000, including bottles of mineral and spring water and packaging materials (polyethylene, aeroplast, etc.). The decision of the Bulgarian government is in response to the requested assistance from the Ukrainian government to the European Union by activating the Civil Protection Mechanism of the Union. The decision of the Council of Ministers was adopted in absentia.
