Dogan’s illegal pier in Rosenets: Institutions are procrastinating and trying to thwart its demolition

On June 9, Mirchev asked a minister at what stage was the removal of the illegal key built on a state beach in front of Dogan’s residence. Andrey Tsekov’s response , received in the National Assembly on June 20, says that the Directorate for National Construction Control-Burgas, which has already issued a finding document for the removal of illegal sites, now also wants to be considered two other regional authorities – the Regional inspection on the environment and water – Burgas and Basin Directorate „ Black Sea Region “.
The grounds for this are two hypotheses based on the implementation in the Administrative Procedure Code . One is lest the removal of the owner cause excessive harm. The other – lest the demolition of the pier cause damage to the environment.
At the beginning of March, the Basin Directorate responded that they did not object to the procedure for removing the construction to continue. However, a position has not yet been issued by the Regional Inspectorate for the Environment and Waters-Burgas.
