Waqf Amendment Act comes into force, government issues notification
The Waqf (Amendment) Act, 2025, came into force today, a notification of The Gazette of India announced.
“In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Waqf (Amendment) Act, 2025 (14 of 2025), the Central Government hereby appoints the 8th day of April, 2025 година Като дата, на която наредбите на посочения закон влизат в действие “, се споделя в уведомлението.
