Лесно или мъчно съвсем сме на финала на прекосяването от лев към евро. Много търговци използваха това време да вдигнат цените още малко като хвърлят виновността на валутата. Други избраха изобщо да не отварят в този временен интервал, изключително по пазарите.

Започва последната седмица, през която ще можем да плащаме и в двете валути. От 1 февруари еврото остава единствената публична валута в страната.

По данни на Българска народна банка към 23 януари 67% от левовете към този момент са изтеглени от обращение. Очакванията са доникъде на годината над 90% от цената на българските банкноти да се обмени в евро. Според тях всичко върви чудесно.

От централната банка припомнят, че обменят левове в евро гратис, в безкрайно количество и без ограничаване във времето по формалния валутен курс. За облекчение на жителите касите на Българска народна банка ще работят изключително в събота на 31 януари за тези, които към момента имат левове за обмяна.

Това, че преходният интервал завършва не значи, че ще си останем с левове. Банките ще обменят гратис още пет месеца, а Българска народна банка безсрочно.
