TPP Maritsa 3: The wood chips we use are not waste from the production of pellets, but raw material for their production!

In commenting on the fabricated " investigation " by the Anti-Corruption Fund, which we respect to this day, with the title " Pellegate ", we want to publicly state the truth. First, the fabricated material contains a huge amount of false data presented as fact and clearly seeks to make suggestions that are completely different from reality. Second, a review of this fabricated piece makes the following false claims that we can only call fake news: TPP Maritsa 3 is not a direct counterparty of " Vizor " OOD. We received wood chips from " Maritsa Energy " EOOD, which carries out the activity of processing, mixing and transporting the fuels. The law does not oblige the company in question to also store transport tickets and accompanying documents, since the sender invoices and bears the costs of delivery. For the mentioned invoices, they contain the purchase of wood chips, which is not waste from the pellet production, but is a raw material, both for the pellet manufacturer and for us as an energy producer. In short, the statement is exactly the opposite of what was presented in the material. This is also the natural reason why the employees of " Vizor " Ltd. probably claim that they do not produce waste. The word " waste " is used solely for the purpose of manipulation. A particularly bold attempt at fake news is the recording made by the Anti-Corruption Fund on December 7, 2022, when they conclude that there are no wood chips on our site. The same is done to make it look like actual fact-finding. In order to enrich the " investigation " of the Anti-Corruption Fund, we can especially emphasize that it was not found in the period from October to the end of December, since during that time the enterprise was undergoing planned repairs. However, this fact has remained beyond the interest of the " investigators ". We would like to draw special attention to the fact that, for the most part, the data indicated by the Anti-Corruption Fund are false and extremely exaggerated, such as the statement of the authors that deliveries are made with 13-15 trucks per day, while at the same time the quantity in question is transported with 4 -5 trucks. It should also be added that the lack of transport documents found by the " investigators " is due to the logical fact that the transport is carried out by " Vizor " OOD. It is also important to clarify that the quoted quantities of 3,000 tons per month submitted for combustion by the Maritsa 3 TPP are negligibly small, since the plant consumes 3,000 tons of a mix per day, which consists of 80% coal and 20% biomass, i.e., is. the mentioned amount of biomass is used for no more than 5-6 days, mixed with coal. In order to enrich the knowledge of the Anti-Corruption Fund, we would like to emphasize that biomass consists not only of wood chips, but also of other products, knowledge about which we are ready to provide them if they are interested. We consider it unacceptable that an important democratic tool of Bulgarian journalism, such as the Anti-Corruption Fund, unknowingly makes so many mistakes, that is why we are convinced that we are talking about intentionality with unknown goals, as well as the production of fake news. For this reason, we appeal that when investigations are conducted objective facts are presented and all points of view are sought in order to present the whole truth to the public. Otherwise, we assume that a deliberate attempt is being made to tarnish the name of the enterprise.
