For several days Фейсбук has been buzzing with discussions about a photo of the new Vice Premier and Minister of Environment Borislav Sandov where he is smoking a cigarette supposedly containing a substance prohibited in Bulgaria. Today the new Minister of Environment failed to remember the nature of the cigarette and when he smoked it.
“I have no memory of this cigarette, ” he claimed in the morning block of Nova TV. So, the mystery remains: what is Vice Premier Sandov smoking? On the photo the cigarette does not look like a normal one and many social network users are wondering whether it contains marijuana. We remind the readers that the team of Hristo Ivanov have long been urging for legalization of marijuana and they have even finalized a relevant proposal. Not long ago, Ivan Kalchev from Democratic Bulgaria owned marijuana growing farms.
