This ridiculous statement was made by the Minister of Environment and Water Borislav Sandov on BTV.
Apparently, this person has been using official cars all his life, since he thinks Bulgarians are idiots who buy new cars with 12 types of problems in it?! And this is why he recommends that we drive 20-year-old clunkers with gas tanks?!
