Всеки би се попитал какво вършат тази озвучителна система и остарял iPod посред пустинята. Напълно разбираемо, и ние оттова започнахме.

Белите фундаменти, тонколоните и МР3 плейърът съставляват арт апаратура, основана от артистът-скулптор-художник-приключенец Макс Сидентопф.

Но това не е всичко. На айпода има единствено една записана ария, която, макар преклонната си възраст, през 2017 година бе оповестена за най-стриймваното парче, а точно " Африка " на група Тото.

TOTO FOREVER Set in the Namib desert, which is not only the oldest desert in Africa but the world, I set up a sound installation which pays tribute to probably the most popular song of the last four decades: Toto - Africa The sound installation consists of 6 speakers which are attached to an MP3 player that only has one song on it - Toto’s Africa.
