Feast of pink lettuce wraps that may just be a new holiday tradition since this magic chicory is at the height of its season // First I bought the most pristine pink lettuce (also known as Rosa de Verona —ooh la la ) from my fav local farmer, then lovingly divided the leaves, made a colorful selection of accoutrements, including matcha tea cooked rice noodles, yuzu almond dip, shredded veg, fresh herbs + an array of edible fleurs, then ate at least four // #plantbased #ladychef #edibleflowers #letseat
